Description:

Provides
technical support to clients in the use and maintenance
of company products, . |
|
including
PCs, laptops, workstations, servers, laser and inkjet
printers (HP and Lexmark), and |
|
scanners
(Bowe Bell+Howell) |
|
Prepares
computers and peripheral equipment and installs hardware
and software according to |
|
clients
specifications and requirements. |
|
Sets
up local area network for clients. |
|
Answers
inquiries from clients concerning operational problems
in computers, software and |
|
equipment
and recommends solutions. |
|
Performs
on-site repair service if required. |
|
Install,
configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls,
and VPN products. |
Requirements: |
|
Bachelors
degree in Computer Science. Starting salary $18.50 per
hour. |
|
40 hours week |
